The first useful question is simple: will available stock last through supplier lead time and a buffer, and what quantity would the supplier actually accept?

2.6 units each day
9 days + 4 days = 13
2.6 × 13 = 33.8 → 34 units
120 units

Worked example uses the editable sample row. Actual orders should account for seasonality, open purchase orders and supplier terms.

Before you use it

Clear math.
Clear limits.

We want the plan to be understandable before a store relies on it.

Does this connect to Shopify?

Not yet. This is a browser demo with editable sample values. It does not read or change your store, and the Shopify app is not available.

How is the reorder point calculated?

Daily unit sales × supplier lead time plus the safety buffer. The suggested order targets 30 days of stock and rounds up to the minimum order quantity. You can edit every assumption.

How is the deposit estimate calculated?

Suggested quantity × unit cost × the deposit percentage you enter. It is an estimate from those inputs, not a supplier quote or cash-flow forecast.
